central location helpful staff daily gifts

the location was central (very easy to explore). the staff helped us book tickets to attractions. the daily gifts were a sweet touch. the cleaning staff were detail-oriented.

the elevator was slightly slow.

convenient charm

prime location daily water gourmet dessert

the location was optimal. it was near shops, restaurants, and metro. the hotel replenished water daily, plain and sparkling. i found warm chocolate muffins more like a gourmet dessert upon arrival.

the bed mattresses was very HARD and uneven in shape. it was difficult to rest. THERE were not phones for room communication. i had to go down to the front desk.

the hotel includes a parking area directly below the hotel. i located another parking area accessible within 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. this provides convenient options traveling with vehicles.

the staff was attentive and caring. staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. THE service provided by the staff significantly contributed to a cute atmosphere and positive experience. staff go above and beyond.

breakfast was very good. there was a good selection of food. eggs were cooked fresh. i took full advantage of the voucher provided, receiving 20% off in the restaurant for either lunch or dinner.

friendly staff restaurant recommendation room upgrade dark room courtyard view bathroom socket

the staff was so friendly and helpful. they gave restaurant recommendations and booked transfers. the welcome gift and farewell gift were very nice touches too! i even got a room upgrade to a suite. it was comfortable and spacious.

the room was a bit dark since it overlooked a courtyard. another building was very close by. i couldn't find a socket in the bathroom for the hairdryer. i had to use a socket in the main room.

temperature control issue missing hairdryer socket

The location was acceptable. The hotel is close to many shops, restaurants, and landmarks.

My stay had issues. The handle that controls temperature fell off in the shower. I could not find a socket for the hairdryer inside the bathroom and had to use a socket in the main room. These problems were fixed immediately. it should not have happened.
