the staff was so friendly and helpful. they gave restaurant recommendations and booked transfers. the welcome gift and farewell gift were very nice touches too! i even got a room upgrade to a suite. it was comfortable and spacious.

the room was a bit dark since it overlooked a courtyard. another building was very close by. i couldn't find a socket in the bathroom for the hairdryer. i had to use a socket in the main room.

The location was acceptable. The hotel is close to many shops, restaurants, and landmarks.

My stay had issues. The handle that controls temperature fell off in the shower. I could not find a socket for the hairdryer inside the bathroom and had to use a socket in the main room. These problems were fixed immediately. it should not have happened.
